    Hello from Georgetown, Delaware.

I guess you answered a question I was having- I'm headed to Moscow later this summer and wanted to know what the prospects of getting Cubans or other exotic cigars. I think I'll just try and go to the Caribbean this winter or something. I'm going to Belgrade, Serbia in two weeks and I don't think my prospects of getting fine, rare, or exotic cigars are very likely.

The likelihood of getting fake Cubans is very high, you should know "right places" to buy If you take Cubans into the US won't it be a smuggle? I'll be glad to help you in Moscow anyway

Yes, bypassing customs and getting Cuban cigars into the country is smuggling. That's all I'll say on that. But no need to say I couldn't enjoy them in the country I buy them.
