    Correct! If the judge sentences the man to eight years then the man's statement was true and he has to sentence him to four years. If the judge sentences the man to four years then the man's statement is false and the judge would be forced to give him eight years which would then make the man's statement true again and so on.

    I've got a riddle my buddy told me and I never got the answer to...been bugging me all weekend.

    I can run but cannot walk. Thoughts follow close behind me. What am I?
