Hey Sarge, take a look at http://www.militaryplaques.com They make custom insignia plaques you could probably attach to a humidor. They look to be pretty expensive though. Have you thought about a insignia decal. I've got a Marine Corps box that has a pretty nice decal on it, and they would be easier to come by probably. Just a thought.

Sorry I pulled a disappearing act after asking this question. I posted an update in my blog so you know why. Anyway, we scrapped this idea & ordered some cigars from Bobalu with a special band.
