If you read it on HP like I did They are correct. I don't reach for perdomos anymore after many many many years of sub par shit.

The older I get ,the better I was
I wasn't smoking many years ago, but I do enjoy most sticks by Perdomo. My favorites are the Lot 23 and Cuban Parejo.
The habano corojo is good. I just keep seeing the same old stuff re-boxed or re-branded. squareds, tradicion etc.
I am not an old timer but my favorite Perdomo so far is the Lot 23 Natural which I purchased about a month ago. I thought the Perdomo-2 was OK but nothing I would go running after.

O.K., so I dug around in the trade/pif/pass humi and found three perdomo's in there and smoked them all yesterday.
Remainder cameroon: I only got through about 1/2 of this one. Construction was o.k., but the flavor was just sour and not for me at all.
Perdomo 2 Limited 2008: This was a much better cigar than the remainder, I made it all the way through. Pretty solid medium strength and flavor, kinda spicy through the nose for the first 1/2 then tamed down and was straight forward to the end.
Habano corojo: By far the best of the bunch. Very nice construction and flavor. Solid medium body, edging to the full side of strength towards the nub. I'll need to pick up a few more of these and check them out.
yep, the Habano corojo and the Lot 23 are very good cigars for me. the lot 23 leaves me with a nice buzz.
my local B&M got me started on Perdomos several years ago saying that they were a good cigar for the money and that they had been getting better lately.
