he means when you smoke it too fast, it burns a lot HOTter than if you smoke it slowly. it makes the smoke harsher and stronger. take your time and it will burn cooler. don't rush a cigar and you'll enjoy it more.

will have to admit, i was smoking it prety fast, and it WAS pretty hot. is it supposed to get soft as it is halfway and up?
