hot smoke it? how do you smoke a cold cigar? i know im bein a bit of an ass by saying that but im serious, what do you mean?

To hot smoke a cigar is too smoke it too hard, too fast. It gets too hot and it alters the taste, usually not to your benefit. Its a term I've heard others use here where I live.
