Chicagoland Herf 07/10/2005

A group of us are getting together this Sunday, 07/10/2005 for a "herf". For those of you new to "herfs", this is where a group of cigar smokers get together to smoke and trade cigars, talk and enjoy beverages and food. It's a great time! If you've never been to one, you don't know what you're missing.

It is very easy to get to - it's right off I-90 and Roselle Road exit - heading south (on the west side of the street about 1-2 blocks down). We're planning on being there around 1:00 PM. We're usually there until about 7PM or so.

Fox and Hounds is a VERY cigar friendly establishment. There are large TV screens all over the room, several pool tables, darts, large comfortable leather chairs and couches - a great selection of drinks plus reasonably priced food. They even have their own humidor (but I've never had to worry about that since there are plenty of cigars floating around at the event).

I think at least the usual 3 will be there for sure - myself, AlexGTP and GTPHphale (from CigarPass). It has been put out as an open invite to several other boards. We're hoping to draw like we have in the past - about 20 or so BOTL's. (The more the merrier!)
