I only saw one question mark.

    Go here: http://www.treas.gov/offices/enforce...ba/ccigar2.pdf
Look in the section for third countries.....point 3.

Maybe I should have been a librarian. Nah, I'd probably start watching project runway and shit.

Thanks for the info. What I also found amazing from that link (I did not know this)
as a green card holder it is illegal for me to go home to Ireland & buy a cuban cigar.
That just seems wrong to me on many levels. I understand the US can make laws to govern with in it's own boarders. But to tell an Irish citizen just because he has a green card he is unable to purchase a legal item in the country of his birth is overstepping a bit.Yes, I agreed to live by US laws when I applied for my Green Card, but I never gave up my Irish Citizenship. I'm an Irishman first and fore most. The dutch cigars mentioned above, I had not knowledge of the tobacco's origin until I hit Goggle this morning.

Hey, I stated for day #1 on this forum. Computer are not my forte.
I'm a hunt & peck man from way back.
Besides, it's hard to google, when you have a drink in one hand & a cigar in the other!
