Buffalo Trace is very good .

Agreed it has always proven good. And after more thought, something I neglected to consider, since the brand was originally only available in Kentucky, some of the bottles I went through earlier were part of the barrel purchase program not necessarily representative of shelf product.

Basically I like bourbon and will try anything that comes in a glass bottle
