I got a box of these as a gift a few months ago and I have about 15 left, they've been in a humidor at about 70/68. I'm interested in any sort of trade, so please message me with offers. I will send first since I'm new and have no trades under my belt.

First of all, I was already made clear of the mistakes I made by badwhale, and I edited my post accordingly. I mentioned my ebay rating, and in hindsight it was dumb. I'm new here, so I figured I would try and offer up something as to my legitimacy. I was already made aware that it was stupid, so I edited it. I don't know why you felt the need to rehash.

Let's see, you edited your first post, so the posts following it don't make as much sense as they would have. I pointed that out. And, I like hash, especially corned beef.

Secondly, yes, I was trying to sell them, OR trade them. I'm not interested in making a quick buck, I'm interested in trying different cigars, be that by a direct trade or sale & purchase. Any money I get for these I would spend at a cigar store.

What is the value then? You trading for specific cigars, a blinder of equivalent value....what exactly? Best offer things (auctions) don't happen here.

Thirdly, you know nothing about who bought me the cigars, why he or she bought me the cigars, whether or not he or she is ok with me pursuing trade/sale of these cigars, etc. I'm an occasional smoker. I like to smoke a cigar once every two weeks on average. Based on that I would much rather have several different cigars than 25 of the same cigar.

Exactly right, I know nothing about you. The occasional smoker thing makes sense.

I made a few mistakes, I was made aware of them, and I fixed them. I'd like to move on and pursue trading, hopefully others can do the same.

Again, what are you valuing the cigars at, and what do you want in return?

Thank you, that was much more helpful. These were 8 dollars a cigar, so that's what I'm valuing them at.

What do I want in return? Blinders of equivalent value as you suggested would be perfect. I'd love to trade 3-for-1 for a CC valued in the 20-25 range.

How do you arrive at $8/stick value on these? CC or NC?

Interesting. I get about $6.75 averaged across 3 vendors for these smokes, done quickly.

It's really moot anyway, CC's are illegal in the U.S.

So to be clear on your intentions and for those of us playing at home, based on what you've told us so far, your looking for a 3 for 1 trade on CC's? And you have how many posts here? So you want one of us to give a complete stranger 5 CCs on the off chance that:

1) Your smokes are even real
2) YOU are even real
3) All of us lived in a country where CC's were legal, or easy to find

Was considering maybe doing something until you posted that price. At that price that's not going to be a US version, as they're in the 3.00-3.50 range. So reasoning tells me that's a ISOM (as in illegal here) which means you're probably not in the US either...so I'll pass...not dealing with shipping of those in or mine out of the States.

Oh btw, referencing cigarencyclopedia, that price you listed is the highest range (Convienent for you) whereas 5.50 is the low .

I am in the US (NJ). Again, I was just going by how much was paid for the box. If the value is 6.75 then that's what I'll go by, and will exchange for cigars in that range. Anywhere from 5-8 is fine with me really.

You are here to exchange cigars, you said so yourself as pointed out by Eville. That makes you very different from the long-time and established members of this forum. Trading / selling / buying are just side benefits of the community, not a primary reason to be here. There are boards specifically for that kinda activity, google can help you out with that.

I reiterate my advice that you withdraw your offer. By that I mean just post that the sticks aren't available for trade/purchase any longer. Do what you want, but it won't get any better from here should you choose to keep trying to push this through, trust me.
