I suspect the reason is that Scroto wants to see who wins it before having to commit.

If an enemy combatant won it, he'd downgrade. If a newbie won it who hasn't spoken out against him, he'd upgrade the prize.

Scroto is bad news.

Shagaroo won. Of course Scroto never even acknowledged that Shagaroo was in the contest.

I never implied that Scott screwed anybody out of cigars or is a thief. The only point I am trying to make is that due to his posts and his ranting I don't think that he can be trusted as a BOTL. Also from the information received from other BOTLs. There are also other guys over at CP that I would not do any type of transactions with them. If you asked me i would tell you my experiences with them and leave it up to you. If Scott was a thief, he would be on cigarthief.com. Would I trade with Scott..... NO Would I trade with George or Bill....... YES There are alot more people who are disgusted with Scott than there are people disgusted with Bill or George.

I don't give a rat's tiny puckered ass how many people don't complain. The contest thread adequately demonstrated, putting it nicely, that you lack ethical clarity. That's more than enough for me.
