Now, now, now... Let's not jump to conclusions here. With worldwide exchange rates and all, it's very possible that Chilean currency is devalued against Cuban currency - both of which could be devalued against the US dollar. North Korea is "evolving" and heavily dependant on support from China. Chinese currency has been slumping in the global market. Greece, Italy and other European countries are struggling with their budgets. Etc., etc., etc. ....so this creates an opportunity which could create pricing in Chile lower than Cuban pricing. And, I might add, an excellent buying opportunity for consumers!
