Green stains on my cigars

Hello,

After a few months I brought my cigars home from Cuba, green stains have occured on them. Here are some pictures:

Any idea what's that?


BTW I use de-ionised water insted of distilled in the humidor, can that be a problem?
And what about these 'polymer gel' humidifiers which I use, are they good? http://www.worthpoint.com/worthopedi...-cigars-bulk-1
