I overestimated the shipping on some of these. I know I said I'd throw some bills in to make the difference, but I didn't have change / wanted to get some of these out the door today. I'll edit the OP later with the balances and we can figure it out.

... BTW, maybe get yourself a US$ bank account rather than buying money orders (which I think are a ripoff). RBC is best, because they own/use a US bank so you get a (real) US bank account, but pretty much all Canadian banks/credit unions/caisse pops offer US$ chequing accounts.

Funny you should mention that........I've been banking with RBC since like, 1979 and I know I either do have an unused USD account, or I can get one quickly.
