Where are the shuffleboard courts / darts / pool tables? Racquetball / squash? No sauna's, hot tubs, or even a lap pool? Oh yeah, where is the walk-in humidor?

I can pitch into the landscape design.....I'm thinking a tobacco patch would look wonderful.

Will do, I'm planning on some basement space for a firing range and we can have a 2nd floor mezzanine area for the child care and conference center.

I'm working on a nice 3D rendering of the front entrance... what are we naming this place? As a place-holder for now I have the signage reading "Cigar Shoppe".
