I'm going to third the coolidor suggestion. It can be used to store most cigars, especially boxes, tucked away pretty much anywhere. Then, a nice, smaller humidor can hold more immediate smokes.

Anyhow, I think a desktop humidor is a good idea, just don't be surprised how quickly that coolidor is needed.

As for the actual cigars, try a bunch from different countries, with different wrappers, etc. and you'll start to figure out what you like.

Oh and welcome from Western Oregon.

    Pipe: 3/16: G.L. Pease~Charing Cross

    Default So...

After doing a little research, I think I am going to invest in a humidor, and get started on a coolidor as well. I have seen some general set ups for coolidors but am wondering what everyone else's take on the matter is? What is your preferences for setting one up?

  5. Default Humidor Help

I recently bought a new humidor and had a great experience with the folks from www.TampaHumidor.com. They were knowledgeable and had a great selection at discounted prices. I would highly recommend them, and they ship worldwide!
