I've added "Blowing Smoke" to my Netflix queue.

I could not find it on Netflix. The only movie that came up was "Blowin' Smoke".

I remember reading about this movie in CA, but have never seen it at any Video Store.

Anyone say Click yet? Adam Sandler lights one up towards the end, then tells a little kids mom he took it away from the kid and that he thinks he smells pot in it.

Well, not a movie, but what about the (supposed) box of Cuban Cohibas that Sam Malone passed around in the last episode of Cheers. Man, I enjoyed that show!
