Excellent read- best fiction I have read in over a decade and I am only half-way in.
My wife is reading it now. When she was half-way through, she didn't like it, but now she does, and wants me to read it. I'd be interested to hear what you thought about it after you've finished it.

I just finished Strange Adventures of Rangergirl, by Timothy Pratt. Haven't read a fiction book in a while. It was pretty good, I must say.

Now onto "The Second World: Empires and Influence in the New Global Order" by Parag Khanna.

Just After Sunset- Stephen King's latest collection of short stories. Pretty good but I think he's mellowed with age.

Just finished Tweak: Growing up on Methamphetamines. Not great, but realistic. And oh so much better than Jas. Frey's A Million Little Pieces (of Bullshit).

Current: A Lion Among Men - great writer. And, Power of the Dog.

I started this novel previously, and I don't think I finished it.

A great read. I can see how some people would not like it. I do not feel like the author is trying to re-invent the spiritual wheel. Everything (except the fictional characters) has biblical context. I found this book to put a lot of basic, yet complex concepts in practical terms. Further, it does a great job in helping to strip everything down to what matters most- relationships. It is a book that I could read once a year and get something out of...
