I was talking to a couple that is staying in this area due to the hurricane, after talking for a few mintes the guy said "well, atleast my property value has gone up since its beach front now". Would it make yall happy if I appologized? Well, when I start feeling bad about what I said I'll get right on that- till then I'm finished defending myself.
