Every Fuente product I've ever had is fine right out of the box. Most shops IMO store their cigars too wet and just about every Opus X I smoke right out of the shop burns crooked because it's too wet

So, I keep them in my humi for a couple of weeks to "dry out." My humis usually run about 60% RH which I find works the best for all cigars including Opus X.

I've got some aged Opus (three years +) and I honestly don't notice THAT much difference.

Again, I'd just make sure they sit in your humi fo a couple of weeks.

Sorry CC, I couldn't resist.

Anyway I have a question, I noticed the anejo's were on your list of favs. I have never tried one. I did some searching and people have called them the Maduro Opus. It seemed to be the opinion of some retailers that the anejo's have the same filler and binder.

Is this correct?

A new 2 guys smoke shop opened about 10 mins. from the office and I was going to see what they stocked at lunch. I am hoping to pick up a couple.

thanks
