There are quite a few that were offended with Manix's narrow minded and racist comments - CigarSarge - Hugh Jorgan - I'm sure GrandCru - Neuro doesn't seem very happy either. I believe people with the thoughts and beliefs that Manix displayed are very worrisome. Tolerance of other cultures is VERY necessary.

I'm very sure Manix is sorry for his making the post - but I'm not convinced he fully understands the repercussions of his comments... And until that time....

I say that although it is a LONG apology and he is 10000000 times sorry for his comments.... he does not realize what repercussion could occur from those types of comments. Although those comments were made on a BB..... which alot of people feel is anonymous..... this BB is not anonymous. Alot of people trade cigars and are included in box passes were trust is a big issue....... How would TCMM feel if he needed to send a box pass to a person of a different race/sexual orientation or religion than himself. Would you do it...... I say "A leopard can't change his spots".... there is no room on this BB for a racist bigot.

Let him back, crap...I really tried to stay out of this and neutral as I felt it was better handled by the more experienced members here, but to be honest, as a member of a minority, the longer this goes on the madder I get...and now this racist jerk has shown up on another popular board (which will remain nameless here) and you can believe I will be watching his posts...as far as I'm concerned that long winded, illiterate, rambling racist rant was as bad as what Amanda did and I think his ban should be permanent even if there were no rules in place governing it...if a poll were thrown up for it you can be sure I would be happy to vote first and let it be known that I voted for a permanent ban...racism of any sort does not belong on an public board anytime, under any circumstances, unless you are a member of a white supremacist or nazi board, which by the way, would be a good place for TCMM to go as he'd be able to vent and hate as much as he wants to...I have never called anyone by this at any time on any board but I am so mad at that racist POS TCMM that I finally feel it's appropriate...yep, GGiese, you got it right when you said, "Neuro doesn't seem very happy either."
