We all make mistakes, it's fine. But there's been a Newbie Sampler Thread on CP for a LONG TIME and we were hopefully trying to start one here. Those comments won't get it going too well. I'll ask Hex to delete all the those posts and hopefully we can move it forward...

As for ClubStogie, personally I don't like that board. I called out a Vendor who is nothing but a price gouger and also 4 other boards agreed with me, but club stogie jumped on there side.

I noticed your post about Tampa Sweethearts having a sale and for that! I'm glad you'll stick with us on the good side of pricing!

Well thank you kayak, but I thinks its best if I just bow out gracefully. I appreciate yall accepting my apologies, and deleting my rude post. I just hope we can at least cut ties on good notes. I have a senior member friend here, and I dont want him to have to jump in here and try to save me. It would not be right for me to ask that of him. So I wish yall the best of luck, and hope that the NST gets off the ground and becomes very successful.

Cameron, you've been on ClubStogie for three months and have over 1200 posts there and you've been here for 1/3 of that time and have 28 posts here. It's pretty clear you enjoy ClubStogie more than this place you've even posted words to that effect over there, that's fine but ya gotta admit, when you post in our NST that you'd be "better off at ClubStogie" it's going to draw a reaction.

ClubStogie is different from this place and what's actually kind of comical is when the trolls and trouble makers get run off of CigarSmokers and other sites, more often than not seem to find their way to ClubStogie where they proceed to trash the boards they came from. I've met lots of great people over on ClubStogie and it's a fun place to post however the management's tolerance for blowhards, post whores, liars and scammers is much higher than mine so I spend most of my time on other boards.

I wish to stop arguing and truly make ammends over here. I am the stupid noob who shot his mouth off when he didnt know what the hell was going on. Then I continue to talk shit to the senior members which will get me no where. I'm sorry for my actions here and elsewhere. I Intend to fix them elsewhere's and try to be a better member here if you will let me.

LOL. well, that's what i get for trying to "moderate" that topic about "age verification software", right? the guy just has something against me, which is fine, i kinda ran him off right before the big crash in early Sep when he was "offended" by anything/everything... little does he know that i was his biggest supporter when the site owner (and many more FOGs) just wanted to ban him permanently.
i'm not big on the RG system, because it's abused so much and ppl rarely take it away for valid reasons, but it seems that not too many ppl like the guy that thinks i'm a forum-nazi.
i seem to recall some comments sent my way, like, "f@ck franksmith". that was one of the nicer ones.

on to the "user profile - notes" thing... that's between you two (or 3 or 5).

i was just stopping by to see how things were going over here, decided to read some past issues with the word "clubstogie" in it... found this.

and some of you feel that your pointing out problem children falls on deaf ears over there, it does not.

i will say that "I", personally, have had zero problems with cameron (since i'm in this topic here). i have PMed him a few times back and forth, about what's happened here and other things regarding clubstogie. he's been nothing but nice, but i have read the quotes posted in here and other places... i've given him what little bit of advice i could, not that i'm anyone to listen to...

my bottom line is: if you don't like a particular place due to the atmosphere, leave and go where you're comfortable.

also, i don''t think it's cool to trash one board when you make it to the next one (unless it's CigarAficionado - cuz it blows). we're all in this together, some personalities find a way to come together on particular boards, his obviously doesn't jive here, so he should stay away from here. he's been fine over there, except for the spillage from what happened over here that made it's way over there.

just talking, no need to listen to me though. you all deal with things the way you deal with 'em. there are times when clubstogie should ride some ppl outta dodge like you all do... that's just one of the difference between boards. you all have solid members, as do we. the tone of the board is just different and it is up to those members to find one they are good in.
if they're a royal fugg up, they'll show their true colors in due time.

Thanks for your input, and we wholeheartedly agree with one another as far as the types of situations we feel comfortable in. Every board has its own unique personality - attractive to its own set of personalities (and OH BOY, do we have the personalities here!!!). This board is not very attractive to some, and very appealing to others.

Cameron got off on a bad foot here - but he now seems to maybe understand where he went wrong. From what I'm hearing from you and others, he's really not a bad guy. He was just having a bad hair day. Hopefully, he learned how to deal with those situations so it doesn't blow up into a huge mess again. He's certainly welcome to post here - and he may just get over his previous faux pas if he continues to be a good neighbor.

I'd appreciate it if you would remove my comments from his user notes. You'll have to talk to him about removing his comments from my user notes... That's totally up to him.
