That's preference. I toss them, but I have others to go to. If I only had what I was smoking, I'd make the call on the spot.

I would probably keep smoking-I haven't tried any cigar that I absolutely couldn't finish.

I have read a lot of posts since Oct, so my opinion only comes from what I have read. As long as the cigar wasn't making you physical ill it appears that finishing the cigar in its entirety is in your best interest. The same cigar out of the same box might not have a same taste. In addition, a cigar might start off tasting one way and by the end of the smoke might have a different taste. From what I have read, the way a cigar is stored and wrapped may be the two biggest influences on why the same cigar may taste differently. So to make sure you really don't like it you might do well to finish the smoke.

The normal rule I smoke by is I try and finish at least 3/4 of the smoke. Sometimes, you'll start a smoke that starts horrible however about 1/2 or 3/4 will get nice if not wonderful. This doesn't happen all the time. However, it's nice when it does.

i'd have to say i'm kind of a snob on this. if the smoke isn't good, i won't finnish it. if its plugged i'll try to save it but if it is not saveable, i toss it. its no fun to have to work to smoke something.
