Funny you would start this thread, cause it happened to me tonight. Not for my first time either. It was an irish place, and half was none smoking ,half was smoking. It was late at night so the place was slowing down. After our meal we migrated over to the smoking area and I sparked a stogie. Not a few minutes after some "doorman" walks up and tells me that Cigar smoking isn't allowed. Well I argued, then I just let it be. A minute later my friend points out some people smoking corona sized cigars a few tables away. So next time the doorman walked past I asked him why my robusto isn't allowed but they are ok. He said cause they are smaller
What a moron. I told him I'm gonna finish my stogie and drink and take off, he said he would pretend he didn't notice... Anyways, I finished and we left after awhile, but one things for sure, I ain't ever going back there. And I guess that is about all we can do, not go to establishments that don't allow cigar smoking but allow cigarette smoking...
