I came here at bpp's invite. I participated in a political thread, ON THE POLITICAL FORUM. I promptly recieved a PM stating that I should back off the old guys on the thread because I might get them too riled up. I BACKED OFF. Then I spent a bit of time reading, and posting sparingly. I happen to add my comments to this thread, and get attacked supposedly because of my sig. The excuse for attacking me because of my sig was because you and your buds thought I crossed your imaginary line, while posting on another bb. Is that timeline clear enough for you? Take your time and let it sink in.

Sid - Barry can't POSSIBLY put Shag on ignore and ENJOY - it doesn't appear that's possible. From my perspective, he's here for the drama, and he's obviously getting his fill of it.

I'm still trying to figure out what LINES you speak of, Dr. B. I don't know that there are any here - certainly if there were "lines", those lines are crossed here all the time - before you got here and most likely long after you leave. The reason I like this board is because we can have frank discussions. However, going into full meltdown, spitting and cussing, over some of the most incredibly stupid reasons doesn't help your cause with the general community at all.

I respect Shag's opinions - I don't always agree with them, but I do respect them. Same as Sid's. That came from interactions with the both of them. That didn't happen in the first few weeks of interacting with either. I would hope, Dr. B, you would spend some more time interacting with Shag with an open mind quietly observing him. While you might not always agree with him, I think you might find he's not what you believe him to be...

And Sid - I can't believe I'm watching you toss out the baby with the bathwater. Is there some kind of ill will you've been harboring about Shag I didn't know about? I'd say from reading your most recent comments it appears your opinion of him has drastically changed...
