of the one's i've tried, i did notice some had quite a tight draw. my first cigar was a BP Nic. cigar called NKG's. the guy at the shop recommended them to me. i've never met anyone who has heard of them, but they are exellent and cost about 6. i still enjoy those particular cigar every once in a while, but i typically steer clear of other BP. also, had an BP Ashton VSG that was great, but i had a Juan Lopez that was awfully tight and i chunked it after about 5 minutes

I love the Sancho Panza double maduro's which are box pressed. If you want to try out a box pressed cigar for the first time I highly recommend them.

tastewise, i dont think that a cigar will smoke differently if its boxpressed or not. burning is not affected as well as the burning tip makes the cigar take on a round shape again. its fun to watch. personally i love the mouthfeel of square pressed cigars. they're fun to hold as well, so i go for them when there is an option.
