NEW tupperware... Or you'll get stinky sticks... :)

If you use a damp sponge (also new) for humidification, be sure to put it in an open plastic bag... You don't want wet sticks...

Thanks for the tips guys. I got my humidor in the process of being season right now. I checked this morning and the Hygrometer said 70%, but I am not sure how accurate it is, I put a shot glass of distilled water in it this morning before leaving. I will check it this afternoon, if it is a little past 70% I will leave it alone.
Best thing for me to do is probably wait til I get the Paradigm to put in it, but I'll keep an eye on it and see how the gars are doing.

That is, assuming that his hygrometer is accurate.

Brian, have you done the salt test with your hygrometer yet?

Ok, what I will probably end up doing is ordering some of the 65%Rh beads. Everyone has praised them well, I think that will do the job for me too.

No, I haven't tested it in anyway. I do not know how to test it actually
Instructions to test accuracy would be greatly appreciated if you could give me some or post a link. Thanks in advance
