I did the salt test. I just checked it and it was at about 68. So there's a difference of 7%...If I did everything correct which I am pretty sure I did.
I was going to order a 1/2oz. tube of the beads, but I was in my local cigar shop today and found a HumidiTube(70%) so I picked one up.

Anyone ever used a HumidiTube? And how well did it work?

Don't know about the tubes, but get the beads. You won't regret it. I have had my 60% beads for about 2-3 months and I can't believe I didn't do it sooner.

I will try to order some of the beads next Friday.
I did check the hygrometer this morning and the tube is doing well, but I will get the beads also because I need to get a larger humidor.

I have a Drymistat which is similar to the humitube/stick. They all have crystals that absorb and put out water - but they don't moderate humidity.
Look at that... I plumb got myself 5 raisins and 7 termites.
