(ie. after 48 hours you can bring 50 smokes back duty-free but say you come back with 70 and declare the 20 over) Which sticks do they ding you on? From my point of view I would group the expensive sticks as part of the 50 so you pay duty on the lesser prices... any clue how that works? Knowing Governments they get to pick
