cats???....not me.....i'm a dog guy!!...
In Byfield we grew up on a farm and had 2 Brittany Spaniels, Wellesley a Boxer and Boston Terrier(go figure, my dad had his PhD from BU). My wife is terified of dogs. Since I grew up with both, I can live with cats. Their independence agrees with me. Can go out on a 4WD path and fish all weekend alone as long as I have enough cigars and pipe weed. Paul![]()
Welcome to the board, I'm glad to have a Ram Fan on board. Unfortunately, neither professor is still around in the dept. Whitehead would have been a lot of fun, the semi-more sane half of Russell. Thank you for your service to the country too, you're just a wonderful person all around I see, Cura Personalis really did effect you.
I'm actually not a full-time professor, but rather a teaching associate. I'm getting my PhD in Philosophy at Fordham (on my dissertaiton), and do the subsequent fellowship things.
Glad to have a critical thinker on board.
P.S. The FU is for Fordham, you'll probably be the only person to never have to ask, why the "FU"?

I figure Liz retired, she was my age (54) when I had her-her daughter was a Jr. Did Gerritt go back to Syracuse(his family was one of the founding families)? BTW ask around about stories about Gerritt and folks finding him doing things with his new wife in his office. Paul
Good luck on your dissertation. Paul
