I stayed off of this thread since it came off while I was at work. But now I'm home, and I'd like to say about f'in time. Word is that someone in his own circle turned in his "spiritual advisor". Also the latest video he had released had a white pickup truck in the background and that same truck was at the house that he was in when it was bombed. From what I've heard, Desert Rat is right. He was pulled from the building by the Iraqi police. Rumor also has it that once he saw he was in custody of US forces, he tried rolling off the gurney but was too weak. I hope for the sake of everyone he's killed, he suffered. That he cried, begged and screamed for someone to save him and the Forces took their sweet time. The last thing I would want is for him to be able to stand in court and complain how his "rights" are being violated.
I'm sure everyone remembers Nick Berg. Did anyone hear what his asshat father had to say about Zarqawi's death?

Now hold on there. Untill you've had a son beheaded on video, it's really not your place to comment, in context with his sons death. His political stance was the same before, and after, his sons death, and you're missing his point. You might just be venturing into coulter territory here.Originally Posted by toasty

What you should do is, support/attack his viewpoint on its own merits/faults, without placing it in context with his sons death.
Or not.![]()

I wouldn't call him an asshat, but I would say is his making political hay from his sons death just like Cindy Shee-me-make-hay-of-my-sons-death-han.
There's only two kinds of cigars, the kind you like and the kind you don't.
Bin Laden is obviously dead. He is worth more to us however if everyone believes he is alive. The guy has to have a big ass dialysis machine hooked up to his kidneys and you think we can't find him? Yeah right. And as far as Nick Berg goes, the only thing his dad should feel bad about is spawning a complete dipshit for a son. I don't care who it is, Hitler, Stalin, evil bastards obviously excluded, but shit talkin' a dead guy like that is out of line in my opinion. The guy went there to help rebuild the country and make it a better place and was butchered by a bunch of scumbags for his efforts. I think he deserves better than some schmuck on an internet forum talking smack about him.Originally Posted by WhiteWidow
I don't feel sorry for him because he was obviously doing something stupid. I know lots of people with construction jobs over there but they somehow don't end up hanging out with people who want to cut their heads off. With the amount of security every contractor requires over there, I'm sure he wandered off or was doing something he wasn't supposed to. Usually this is called a Darwin award.
End of line.
I don't care what he was doing, or which side killed him, NOBODY deserves to get their head cut off like that, for any reason.
And then to have POS's talk shit about him, and his family, is just fucking sad.
For all we know he was a terrorist. He was setting up contacts with Iraqis, and the U.S. tried to get him on a plane home and he refused. Instead he flew to Baghdad. Dumbass.

WW, if you want to hang around here, that's fine, I'm glad to have you...but showing up once or twice a month and contributing absolute garbage isn't really getting it done.
Have you smoked a cigar lately? Great!
Enjoyed a fine bourbon? Super!
Found an arcade near the house? Who gives a fuck?
And if you want to spout nonsense, at least have the decency to give up a source...and FYI, The Onion isn't real news, somebody makes that shit up!
