I highly doubt it, the dimensions of these cigars are quite different from one another. A Petit Corona Especiales is a machine made cigar measuring 5 1/4 x 44 otherwise known as an "Eminentes" vitola. These cigars are almost impossible to find. On the other hand those horrible Partagas Shorts are a hand made cigar measuring 4 3/8 x 42 and are a "Minuto" vitola. Partagas Shorts are abundant and very popular. Personally I can't stand the friggin' things.
