I say put a new rule together: For example pick a volunteer moderator. If anyone calls anyone else a deragatory name the person called has the right to report the problem to the moderator. Moderator will look into the problem and has a right to warn one or all parties to the argument -- sort of a yellow card if you will --- get 2 yellow cards and get 30 day ban for things to cool off; get a another yellow card when you come back = 90 day ban; get another upon return and you have a life time ban. MAy seemkind of harsh but it will resolve the problem

Let the admin come up with an exact definition of what will be considered a violation in this case.
I like the idea (or a variation of it). All this (attention) detracts from the site and gives it a reputation it might not want. No opinion on person(s) as a whole - but I miss the days where cigar reviews, trades, and passes ran supreme.
