So in a lame attempt to get some new posts going for BPP, here we go:
Where I live, we have out door movies at NIH and on the Mall down by the Washington Monument. Does anyone else live in a place that does that too? I think the showed Batman begins, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Walk the Line, The Princes Bride and Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I didn't get a chance to see any but I'd wish I had. Batman Begins was pretty good in the theaters, I'm not saying I'd pay what movies cost to see it again, but I'm happy I did see it once. I tried to watch Walk The Line before and could not get into it. The same with Ray. They both looked like great movies, but that genre is not my type.

, damnit!

my own thread, I think my big thing about these outdoor movies is that on a nice night, I'd rather watch TV or a movie outside then indoors. Several times in college we contemplated turning the TV around and facing it out if a window so we could sit in the yard and watch it outside. A great idea during the football and grilling seasons. If any of you college guys do this, let me know how it works out, I think a flat screen would be better b/c of glare.
