Flying with Cigars??

Do any of you precut your cigars for travel or do you buy a new cutter once you arrive? I'm worried precutting the cigar may have a bad effect even though I have a good travel humidor.

Also, are there any restrictions to how many cigars you can pack in your carry on bag, space permitting.

Just put the cutter in your checked bag. If you are doing carry on, and you want to cut ahead of time, us a punch cutter, you cigars should hold together better.
