Well under my administration I will not be bound by the utter failure that is the current American foreign policy. Now I say current but that idiotic embargo has survived may Dems and reps. But I have a problem with ineffective legislation. Clearly the embargo doesn't work, so instead of holding back to try to get the populace to revolt, I say lets open the flood gates and show them how much better life would be with us. The current generation in Cuba has lived only knowing Castro. They know nothing else. Only through knowledge with change occur.
