Surely it was involuntary manslaughter? Even under today's guidelines i don't think he'd serve time. After all, where is it in the books that public officials and/or celebrities have to live by a higher code than we commoners?

It's called Vehicular Homicide in Tennessee and you do go to prison for it.

As far as the higher standard code you really need to think about that. Do you really want drunks, drug heads, and sex offenders making and enforcing laws that effect your life? I don't. Common sense should tell you that.

I could care less about celebrity lifestyles.
