It's all about Barry's nasty, vulgar, rude, disrespectful and hate-filled posts and Sid's defensiveness and support of Barry when others find objection with Barry's behavior. As the discussion has continued on, other issues are being brought to light like Barry and Sid's past behavior on other boards. Open discussion is good evilpaintballs, problems get worked out rather than swept under the rug.
