That’s not what I’m intending to do at all Bkcloud114. Many members joined recently over the Oblik situation and while there where problems they have been contained to relevant threads and posts, and then fizzled out. The other new members haven't gone on and on and on and on about things that simply aren’t relevant to this community. Ridiculing a member after every post they make and baiting members to join a flame war is simply not going to be tolerated here.

I’ve stayed neutral in this thus far, but when members whom I respect start asking for something to be done, I simply can not turn my back on it.

I personally like CC, I think he brings knowledge and resources to the community. However I won’t stand for the needless harassment of my members.

I don’t like this situation at all. If anyone has an idea as to what would help remedy things, please bring them to the table.

I would suggest hex that you do indeed go through all the posts in question. You have acted irresponsibly by making this post first without indeed doing that and you are wrong for doing that.

I completely disagree with that statement. It would be irresponsible of me to stay quite and ignore respected members of this community. I brought this out into the open because I want to solve the problem.

By your own admission you said:

and I will say it again, you should have done this first before starting this thread therefore you acted irresponsibly. Had you done that, you would have found quite a few cases of other members doing exactly what you're complaining that I'm doing.

Please let me know if you'd like examples because it won't take me too long to find them.

I think that makes a good point. Except no one here has been screwed over in a trade that originated from this community. We had an issue in our first box pass and it was delt with. Everyone was happy.

Whats happening now with most of these disucssions is that old stuff that didnt happen here is being brought here, and that's not what I founded this community for at all. This isn't LTC, or CPASS, or Cigarweekly, or Cigarsnobes, or where ever, this is Cigarsmokers.com. While letting us know that someone wronged you may be appropriate in cirtain situations, bringing battles that started elsewhere to the table is not what we are here for.

Hex, that is the exact reason small and new boards like this one get in trouble. Scammers like gamelover2004 (amishbob) come over here and try to set up shop. Others who have been burned by him or know people who have been burned by him show up and point that out. The reaction from the novice boards is "HEY, leave him alone, he hasn't done anything wrong here." That's like saying "Well just because he raped a woman in his old town, because he hasn't done it here, that's okay so leave him alone." Sorry but your logic doesn't work.

As far as Oblik is concerned, you all know the story, it's been aired and people can make their own decisions about trading with him or being in a pass with him based on how he conducted himself. Some see no problem with him while many others do.

With SFG75, the members here should check his posts on CigarPass and decide for themselves. Just because a leopard changes his spots when he joins a new board should NOT allow his past sins and misdeeds to be ignored or you guys blasting people like me for bringing them up.

Do you really think roham is not out of line for posting garbage like this?:
