I'm not big on doing reviews, tobacco doesn't taste like "cocoa" or "nutty" or "mocha" to me, it tastes like freakin' TOBACCO. That's great news Sid. By the way you should be happy to know that the NYC police department just gave out brand new Vests to the force. These are supposed to have much more stopping power and cover more of the body surface. ( at least that's what the newspaper article said )
