Your way is better for many reasons. The oven bag is the best way to cook a turkey and the stuffing should be cooked outside of the poison hole. Your turkey will always come out moist and tasty her turkey got a 50/50 chance. We are in 2006 and if grandma had all the new stuff we do back then she would have done it your way.
