Where is her stomach? Most people have those. Maybe she lost hers in the war? In a war? In any war? In a drawer?

I find something about her distinctly unappealing. I'm not sure if it's the utter lack of a gut, or the way her expression seems to say, "I need help. No really, I'm not ok."
