I had quit smoking cigarettes in 1980 and had not smoked until 2003. The last time I quit, believe it or not, it was pretty easy. I was smoking 1 1/2 -2 packs/day and I was able to just put them down. This time it is extremely hard. Even though I smoked less than a pack a day (sometimes only 4 or 5) it is more difficult than you can imagine. We both are struggling with it, and I think we're gonna do it this time, but that 10% increase in nicotine apparantly is doing it's job. One of the things I think of when I get the urge is that I am not going to support those bastards any more.
That sucks Shelby. I am sure you will manage but this makes me so mad. People should have "choice" and not have companies wilfully hooking people on their product. This whole attitude by the cigarette industry is a big reason for the bans and bans that affect other products like cigars.
