While ELway is great, he isn't the greatest QB ever. His head is too big and his grin is too goofy. I'd give him a real strong #2 though.

Jake Plummer... ha ha, just kidding. My guess is Joe Montana - since I have the advantage of knowing it's not elway. Though I probably thought about this question for 20 minutes while on the can.
