Wow, a rep responding and willing to correct something. That's customer service. I'm going to look into buying some stuff from Rocky. That's awesome.

He is the OWNER of Rockys. As you learn about cigars and cigar bulliten boards you will learn who are the good guys and who the POS retailers are. Case in point ,CI is a huge faceless mega retailer(POS). Rockys is a local NY shop. You will learn that saving .39 cents on a box is not worth the cs hassle if you have a problem at places like CI.

Spoke to someone at Rocky's this evening and they are going to send me a 5 sticks to make up for the moldy ones. He suggested the tupperdour quarantine method should work fine. Said that mold grows quickly and if 3 weeks doesn't see a reappearance, they will be fine. He also apoligized for the problem and seemed knowledgeable and helpful. By the way, it wasn't quite half price. $85 +5 shipping on special at Rocky's compared to a closeout price of 49.95 + free shipping at TNT. Will probably be using both companies in the future.
