beads shouldn't make your rh too high, they absorb humidity to keep it right around their rh setting.

i think they say 1/3 lb of beads will keep 50qts level... so thats 150qts of empty space... not sure how many qts it will keep level once you put boxes and sticks in it though...

when i put together my coolidor i wanted to put the beeds in something sturdy but still could circulation. so i went to the grocery store and bought some disposable plastic tupaware and some panty hose. put the beeds into the bottom of the tupaware and covered the bottom part with the panty hose. then i cut in a hole in the lid and then placed the lid back onto the bottom. thus i wouldnt have to worry about my beeds falling out if i ever tipped anything over.

Check the local dollar store for a container if you're going to use one. You can probably get 2 or 3 for a buck so when you outgrow that 100 quart....... Wallyworld has some great containers like mini milk crates for storing singles and bundles.

Wow, I didn't even think of that. Thanks Dutch, will definitely go this path.
