Venting is good. Find someone that listens and vent away. Plus, try to set an evening (at least once a week) with close friends to shoot the breeze. Either out in a bar, or just chilling at someone house smoking a good cigar, playing poker, or just talking.

Of course there's sports. Whatever you enjoy most, go out and do it, whether it's just for 15 minutes to 1 hour. If I'm strap for time, I can get a small bucket at the driving range and just whack away for 30 min or less.
