I generally get one each weeknight and can manage 3-5 over the weekend but that fluctuates with the schedule.
Personally, my addictive tendencies run very, very strong (college took 9 years for a reason) and quitting cigs was a bitch as was I at the time. I haven't gone more than a day or two without a cigar since I started smoking them again but I notice a change in my mood but nowhere near the level of quitting anything else. Every study I've seen, regardless the quality, indicates cigars have a higher nic percentage than cigs so I think the nic fits are a result of one or more of the myriad of chemical additives.
