Yesterday I had a DPG Cuban Classic. It was not a bad smoke, but it was my least favorite of the DPGs I've had lately. Having an LGC Medaille d'Or #4 this morning. This is a very good one if you can smoke it slow enough. Smoke too fast and it's not as good. Made that mistake with the 1st one I had.

RP Edge Maduro. Strong and aromatic blend. Burned well and lots of nice smoke.

Gurkha Warpig. Below average construction. Uneven burn and came unwrapped in the last third. Shame, it tasted pretty good. Medium body and nice nutty coffee notes.

Padron 3000N last night. Padron 1926 #35M tonight. Been smoking lots of different stuff lately, nothing draws as smooth as Padron and Fuente. Why is that? Why can nobody else roll a consistently great drawing cigar? Especially Cubans. I think maybe they like resistance? I don't get it. Great flavor in others, but you have to earn it with the tight draws.
