I noticed you said you add to the humidifier. Do you also use humidity beads or do you only use the humidifier that came with your humidor and use a 50/50 solution?

I've stopped putting high-end premium sticks in my glass-top humidor (I don't think it's keeping temp and Humidity consistently to where I would like it), so I just primarily use my Coolidor to store my cigars. I only use my humidor for dollar sticks for when my friends want to come over and smoke some cigars.

If this consistently happens, you may want to do the same thing. Good luck.

I pull the cigars I am going to smoke directly from the humidor. I keep the coolidor up around 70% rh for storage which is a little to "wet" to smoke for me.......maybe this is it.....could there be too much difference between my coolerdor and the humi? Should I lower the rh in the cooler to the same as my humidor? But I thought I had read that higher rh was appropriate to age cigars.
